About the Job
Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring Order Selectors / Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join our client in Lithia Springs. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with one of the area's top distribution centers, offering competitive pay, benefits from day one, and a safe, team-oriented environment. With performance reviews every 90, you can earn up to $25-$26/HR after 540 days (or even less!)
Job Responsibilities
  • Safely operate stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to move product throughout the warehouse.
  • Accurately pick, stage, and load orders according to company standards.
  • Perform inventory checks, quality inspections, and cycle counts as required.
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas, following all OSHA and facility safety guidelines.
  • Meet productivity and accuracy standards while supporting team goals.
  • Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned (e.g., pallet wrapping, staging, shipping/receiving).
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Order Selector or Stand-Up Forklift Operator required.
  • Valid forklift certification preferred (Integrity can assist with recertification if needed).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to meet performance metrics.
