Description

• Conduct evaluations in both inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting tailored treatment plans to meet patient needs
• Implement therapeutic interventions focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Work alongside nurses, physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary rehab experts to maximize patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress according to facility protocols and standards

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent credential from an accredited institution

Certifications
