Job description

RV Sales Representatives are a vital position in AC Nelsen RV World, as they are the face of the organization to customers and prospects. They must possess excellent interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to adapt to different sales situations. Their primary responsibility is to maximize sales growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the organization. They also take on the role of identifying potential customers and following up on leads. Continuously updating their understanding of sales procedures, customer behavior, and product knowledge.
Functions: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following - other duties may be assigned.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Determine the needs of the customer by following AC Nelsen's World Class Customer Experience Process.
  • Reach out to customer leads and provide consistent follow-up.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with Team Leaders.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Be a world class expert in our product, and our company.

Requirements
