Description: The candidate reports to the CIO Services Task lead and manages a technical team embedded in a US Government partner site. This position leads cybersecurity compliance, operations, patching, and solution deployment initiatives. This role is responsible for the administrative oversight of 10-20 cybersecurity personnel – this position works collaboratively with project management teams for requirements prioritization and reporting. Location: Greater Baltimore Area Telework Status: No Telework Expected Clearance Level Required: Top Secret + SCI Eligible Required Skills/Credentials: * Be a US Citizen who actively holds a security clearance at the TS (Top Secret) clearance level or higher * Bachelors degree in one of the following: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Math, or Physics * Minimum five years of post-graduate professional experience * Minimum of one year of experience in the last three years leading and supervising teams * Minimum of one years' experience in the last three years leading and supervising teams running a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline utilizing modern approaches including containerization, micro-segmentation, and Infrastructure as Code * Experience with performing and/or preparing for Cyber Operational Readiness Assessments (CORAs) * Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF), particularly in preparing compliance packages for Authorities to Operate (ATOs) * Experience with security operations and ensuring compliance with Cyber Task Orders, Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM), and ad-hoc vulnerability reports * Certification compliant with DoD 8570 IAT IAM (e.g., CISSP) Desirable Skills/Credentials: * Proficiency with Microsoft Office products for efficient communication, reporting, and presentation * Experience with architecture documentation tools such as Cameo, Visio, and Draw.io * Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform * Experience with Configuration as Code technologies such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet * Experience securing infrastructure and services in Amazon Web Services and Azure * Certifications in Amazon Web Services and Azure, security or architecture focused preferred Benefits: * Mission focused work environment * Subsidized medical/dental/vision insurance * HSA contributions * 401k matching * Holiday and Paid Time Off (PTO) * Monthly WAN parties & quarterly events * Flexible hours Remote work is not an option.
