You'll operate in a front-office capacity, with direct accountability for trade execution, client interaction, product structuring, and transaction-level revenue outcomes, within established risk, pricing, and credit frameworks. The position requires the ability to exercise independent judgment in real-time market conditions, manage assigned client activity, and contribute to the overall performance of the FX business. You'll function as an active participant in the FX platform, maintaining ownership of day-to-day trading activity, contributing to product delivery and market insight, and supporting a disciplined, controlled, and commercially driven environment. This role is well suited for intellectually curious, highly motivated candidates with strong analytical skills and an interest in applying data and emerging technologies to financial markets and client service.

Maintain continuity and depth of client engagement through consistent interaction and product delivery. Price and execute live FX transactions across Spot, Forwards, NDFs, Swaps, and supported Options products within delegated authority. Apply real-time market judgment to determine execution strategy, pricing levels, and timing throughout the trading day. Manage transaction flow, balancing execution quality, responsiveness, and market risk considerations. Monitor market conditions, liquidity, and positioning to inform execution decisions and client outcomes. Maintain responsibility for managing risk exposure associated with executed transactions while maintaining compliance with risk limits.
  • Maintain responsibility for transaction-level profitability, including disciplined pricing and execution standards. Monitor activity across assigned relationships to support consistent FX engagement and revenue generation. Identify and act on opportunities to expand product usage and increase client participation in FX activity. Contribute to internal discussions related to pricing strategy, client behavior, and commercial positioning. Leverage technical and analytical capabilities to support the evaluation and enhancement of electronic FX trading initiatives. Contribute to the development and refinement of digital trading tools used for pricing, execution, and market risk management. Apply data-driven insights to improve execution efficiency, pricing consistency, and client experience across trading channels. Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools for insights and efficiency.
  • Operate within delegated pricing authority, credit limits, and risk parameters. Ensure all transactions meet eligibility, suitability, and product requirements prior to execution. Maintain responsibility for accurate trade capture, execution integrity, and risk alignment. Ensure adherence to internal risk limits, compliance policies, and regulatory requirements governing FX activity. Escalate exceptions in accordance with established governance frameworks. Operate as an active participant within the FX Sales & Trading platform, contributing to market discussions and coordination of client activity. Engage with stakeholders across Sales, Trading, Treasury Management, Risk, and Operations to support efficient transaction delivery. Contribute to a disciplined, controlled, and commercially aligned trading environment.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
