Position Summary

Credence has an immediate opening for a Program Analyst Support at the senior level who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center WAM (AFLCMC/WAM) directorate, F-16 division at Eglin AFB, FL.

F-16 “Viper” AFLCMC/WAM is headquartered at Hill Air Force Base with units located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Tyndall Air Force Base, Eglin Air Force Base, and Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. The F-16 “Viper” is a multi-role fighter jet delivering air-to-air, air-to-ground, and surveillance capabilities for the United States Air Force (USAF) and Coalition Partners.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
  • Provide support to various F-16 FMS programs and support teams working on one or multiple programs.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, completing, and present assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures.
  • Assist to evaluate implications of existing or proposed projects, programs, processes, and policies/laws and recommend improvements.
  • Assist to collect and analyze manpower data on previous programs and develop new manpower estimates for new programs.
  • Assist with preparation of documentation for LORs and implementation and execution of LOAs IAW the AECA, SAMM/DSCA Manual 5105.38-M, and DoD acquisition processes.
  • Assist to gather, analyze, evaluate, and document information required by program or project managers and foreign customers and provide daily administrative support with minimal or no assistance, utilizing FMS policies, the AECA, and analytical methods or techniques.
  • Assist in coordination and obtaining approvals from the foreign disclosure office prior to release to foreign partners.
  • Assist in preparing briefings and reports, and document meetings, plans, and discussions with U.S. and foreign parties.
  • Provide project management assistance for domestic and foreign travel, including identifying travel requirements and meeting room availability; processing Government personnel travel orders in DTS; initiating foreign travel country clearances through APACS; and coordinating with security, foreign disclosure, U.S. and foreign embassy staff, overseas MAJCOMs, and SAF/IA representatives to process overseas travel requirements. Assist in providing instructions to travelers regarding visas, passports, and other FMS necessary travel documents, and assist with applications if needed.
  • Accomplish OCONUS and CONUS travel in support of F-16 program meetings, reviews, audits, and other activities held at U.S. and foreign government and Contractor facilities.
  • Interact with foreign liaisons on an as-needed basis, including assisting in providing reference material so foreign liaisons can address housing, vehicles, medical, travel, and other issues.
  • Recommend a minimum of ten (10) years of administrative/analysis support experience.
  • Recommend two (2) years of experience in a Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition program.
  • Recommend a minimum of one (1) year of FMS experience.
  • Recommend extensive administrative skills and knowledge of FMS policies, processes, and applicable guidance, as well as knowledge of fighter aircraft technology and USAF administrative guidelines.
  • Must have at least an active or current secret security clearance verifiable in the Defense Information for Security (DISS).
  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a related field and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, at least five (5) of which must be in the DoW/DoD
  • OR bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoW/DoD
  • OR a minimum of fifteen (15) years of direct related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) of which must be in the DoW/DoD.
