-Maintain individual dockets for attorneys, monitor for upcoming deadlines, prepare legal documents when indicated on the docket.

-Assist with all aspects of trademark and/or patent prosecution.

-Prepare and file various documents with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

-Review incoming USPTO notices and report notices to clients.

-Draft and/or proofread various legal documents; for example, assignments, various motions, briefs, etc.

-Correspond with foreign associates, comply with formal requirements, and any follow up.

-Assist with trademark and/or patent infringement cases; prepare and file various documents for Civil Actions with the U.S. District Court District of Connecticut, reporting to clients and other co-counsel.
