Forefront Living is looking for Community Liaison at the community in Coppell, TX. Our mission is to come together and make each moment matter for those we serve. With a shared legacy in business and healthcare innovation, our family of care-oriented organizations blends values built on compassion and faith with high-quality senior care - long-term care, Alzheimer's and memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapies, hospice, and palliative care. POSITION SUMMARY: The Community Relations position acts a liaison between the community and the local referral community, providing community relations, sales activity, and the results necessary to achieve the communitys sales and move- in goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: Identifies professional referrals sources and key decision makers in the primary and secondary markets. Visits and conducts presentations to area referral sources and key decision makers. Establishes and maintains a professional relationship so that they will be comfortable referring their contacts to the community. Referral sources would include but not limited to area churches, physicians and third-party advocates. Develop a formal relationship-marketing plan in conjunction with the communities marketing team. The plan will define priority accounts in the primary and secondary market, establish referral goals and determine the sales activity to maintain these accounts. Maintain and document activities using the communitys CRM Keeps updated on relevant operational and competitive information in order to respond effectively to service inquiries from area professionals and ensure proper positioning of the community in the marketplace. Supplements and substitutes for the Residential Sales Counselor as needed by responding to phone inquiries, setting appointments with qualified leads, giving presentations and assisting with closing sales. Plan, update and conduct sales and marketing presentations. Provide tours of the community as part of the strategic sales initiative. Participates regularly in sales meetings, training and seminars. Models a service attitude towards others, takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative to make things better, is friendly and courteous to residents and co-workers. Communicates Forefront Livings mission through public speaking, membership, and participation in community events. Obtain and maintain knowledge of competitors. Assist with development and implementation of community marketing plans Maintain good attendance record. Ensure resident, visitor, and co-worker safety by remaining aware of and reporting any new or existing safety hazards. Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree preferred; with a background in marketing and sales. Minimum 3 years in Sales/Leasing, admissions, marketing, or community relations experience (AL, IL and CCRC sales experience preferred); Valid state drivers license (and liability insurance) to use personal vehicle for Marketing travel required up to 100% of the time. Ability to work outside the workplace performing marketing duties up to 100% of the time.
