Job description

A national full-service business law firm with 200 attorneys and locations across the United States is seeking a Foreclosure Paralegal needed in Maryland. The Foreclosure Paralegal will be responsible for enhancing attorney effectiveness by providing information management support, assisting the attorney in the delivery of legal services, including but not limited to assisting with clients. A minimum of 4 years of experience is required. Experience with Tempo and BKFS software is preferred.
Duties and Responsabilities:
  • Prepare correspondence and pleadings for review by the attorney
  • Communicate with client in the respective client system
  • Prepare for hearings
  • Calendar court and discovery deadlines
  • Demonstrate proficiency in WORD, EXCEL, I-Manage
  • Demonstrate proficiency in document management and time entry systems
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and file management skills
  • Capable of handling confidential client information in a professional and trustworthy manner
  • Ability to remain flexible and manage changing priorities, including availability for overtime when needed
  • Professionalism, good judgment and the ability to manage in high pressure situations
  • Strong willingness to learn and the ability to interpret and follow instructions quickly and efficiently
