We're looking for an HVAC Technician to join our Baton Rouge team!

What you'll be responsible for as an HVAC Technician:

  • Assist project manager on various construction projects
  • Assess property damage and create project plan
  • Maintain current HVAC systems and equipment
  • Identify AC problems and conduct repairs as needed
  • Inspect ventilation equipment, do repairs, and clean out the systems
  • Maintain safe job-site
  • Pack various types of equipment for upcoming jobs

What you need to have:

  • HVAC experience required - hourly pay would be adjusted per experience
  • Relationship building/maintenance skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Personable with good communication skills
  • Hard working TEAM player who can easily adapt to changing needs
  • Strong desire to learn and excel
  • Must have and maintain a valid drivers license as driving for business is required up to 20+% of time
  • Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
