Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Residential Cleaner role based in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan. The Residential Cleaner is responsible for performing routine and deep cleaning tasks in clients’ homes, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and tidying living spaces. Daily work includes following established checklists, using company-provided cleaning products and equipment safely, and meeting quality and time standards for each appointment. The role involves traveling between assigned homes or apartments, communicating professionally with clients and supervisors, and reporting any issues or supply needs. The Residential Cleaner is expected to follow health and safety guidelines, respect client property, and support a positive, team-oriented work culture.
