Financial Analyst


Milwaukee, WI


Position Summary


The Financial Analyst is responsible for leveraging financial and operational data to provide timely, accurate, and actionable business insights to IPM's internal and external stakeholders. This individual will collaborate with leaders across the organization to enhance business intelligence, strengthen financial analysis capabilities, and support data-driven decision-making.


This is a highly visible, hands-on role reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and offers significant opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives and organizational growth.


Work Location:


This is a full-time onsite position based in Milwaukee, WI. Candidates who currently reside in the Milwaukee area or within commuting distance will be given priority consideration. Qualified out-of-state candidates may also be considered, once local candidates have been exhausted. Remote work is not available for this role.

Requirements:

Essential Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for senior leadership.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance.
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Partner with the CFO to support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting activities.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Administer and enhance business intelligence, forecasting, and reporting tools.
  • Assist in developing presentations and materials for management and Board meetings.
  • Support the monthly financial close process.
  • Participate in mergers and acquisitions activities, including financial modeling, due diligence, and integration efforts.

Qualifications


· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 

· Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, management accounting, auditing, consulting, or a related discipline. 

· U.S. Citizenship is required for this position. 

· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling. 

· Experience working with ERP systems, general ledger platforms, and HR information systems. 

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

· Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to business locations as needed (anticipated travel less than 20%).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a manufacturing, industrial services, or related environment.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence platforms such as Microsoft Power BI.
  • Experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) software.
