Ford Lincoln of Lafayette is seeking an experienced Automotive Main Line Technician to join our growing service team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in Automotive diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
  • Ford or Lincoln experience is preferred, but technicians with experience in other OEM brands are encouraged to apply

Main Line Automotive Technician Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and complex mechanical repairs on vehicles
  • Accurately complete repair orders in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
  • Conduct test drives to verify repairs and ensure vehicle performance
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding diagnostics, repairs, and timelines

Main Line Automotive Technician Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of automotive repair experience required
  • Ford or Lincoln certification preferred (other OEM experience considered)

  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and repair manuals
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
