Porcaro Ford in Racine, WIIs Seeking Motivated and Outgoing Individuals for the Full-time Position of Ford Automotive Sales Consultant. No Prior Automotive Sales Experience Is Necessary, As Comprehensive Training Will Be Provided. This Role Offers an Exciting Opportunity to Build a Rewarding Career by Earning Based on Performance in a Supportive, Customer-focused Environment.Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, ensuring an excellent buying experience
  • Respond promptly to internet and phone leads with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Follow up consistently with customers via phone, text, and email to build lasting relationships
  • Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives to showcase product features and benefits
  • Learn and stay up-to-date on Ford products, technology, incentives, and vehicle inventory
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer information in our CRM system
  • Develop repeat and referral business by delivering exceptional service
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create a professional and customer-centric dealership atmosphere
Requirements
  • Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging with diverse customers
  • Dependable, with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance
  • Self-motivated and driven by goals and performance-based rewards
  • Proactive in making phone calls and following up with leads
