As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will own the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the client as it relates to their vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics. Well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer service calls, set and confirm appointments
  • Write repair orders
  • Act as a liaison between the technician and customer
  • Assist your client through the service process.
  • Collaborate with various team members for loaner availability, proper warranty processing and disclosure
