Interventional Cardiology Locums Job in Oregon | 24-Hour Call | November 2026 - January 2027 | Assignment #116411

-- November 2026 – January 2027
-- 10-15 shifts per month
-- Temporary privileges available
Shift Details
-- 24-hour call and STEMI call, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Requirements
-- BC or truly BE in Interventional Cardiology
-- BLS
-- ACLS
-- DEA
-- OR License or will accept candidates willing to obtain the OR license during credentialing. (License should take 6-8 weeks)
-- Fellowship/Residency in Interventional Cardiology
-- Clean malpractice history for emergency privileges


Required Procedures / Skills
-- PCI/Diagnostic Caths
-- Right Heart Caths
-- Left Heart Caths
-- Echo Interpretation
-- Stress Test Interpretation
-- STEMI coverage
-- PCI procedures for Diagnostic Caths
Assignment Details
-- Inpatient and Outpatient setting
-- Average of 5 consults if on general call
-- 2-6 coronary angiograms per day between inpatient and outpatient settings
-- Patient population ages 18 and older
-- Clinic volume of 14-16 patients per day with 30-minute appointment slots
-- Locum will follow their own patients until sign-off
-- Team includes 3 general cardiologists, 2 interventional cardiologists, and 1 NP
-- Fully staffed office with 1 MA assigned per provider in clinic
-- Anesthesia support available as needed for inpatient care
-- Hospitalist service manages all admissions
-- Cases include STEMIs, Diagnostic Angiograms, PCIs, Left & Right Heart Caths, and IVUS/FFR/IFR
-- FTE: 0.5-1.0
-- EMR: Meditech with Patient Keeper interface
-- Average callback: 8 hours
