Job description

Business has changed - and so should consulting. At Ignyte, we are marketers, engineers, designers, and data scientists who bridge the gap between consulting, design, and marketing to create powerful digital experiences for our customers' needs and users.
Ignyte Group earned awards in 2026 from Forbes Magazine, Vault.com, and CIO Bulletin as one of America's top management consulting firms. Ignyte also received Appian's 2026 Ecosystem Growth Award and ServiceNow's 2026 Americas Partner Award for US State & Local Government.
What You'll Do
Ignyte is looking for Associate Consultants to help clients modernize and automate their business through the adoption of advanced cloud-based and enterprise solution technologies. The Associate Consultant will be part of our award-winning development team who specializes in transforming complex use cases into easy-to-use applications. You'll be challenged daily as you play a key role on multiple projects in both development and client-facing roles.
As an Associate Consultant, you have the opportunity to create innovative digital solutions leveraging low-code and no-code platforms. Your everyday tasks will involve working with clients ranging from government and health organizations to small businesses to help them drive impactful and long-lasting change. You'll work side-by-side with passionate consultants to develop, envision, and construct future-state technology solutions that address our clients' needs.
As an Associate Consultant, you will be given the opportunity to create your career path based on your interests, the skills you already possess, and the skills you would like to have. From day one, you will work with our firm's leadership to formulate your job description and career goals.
What We're Looking For
  • College senior graduating in Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 or graduated in Spring and Summer 2026 from a four-year college or university with a technical degree (information systems/technology, engineering, computer science, business, or related field)
  • 1-2 summers' internship experience in a similar business or technical role
  • Ability to learn new technologies and open to developing new technical skills, such as low-code platform development
  • Possession of technical competencies to develop creative and innovative solutions that address clients' business problems
  • Basic proficiency in programming languages including but not limited to C++, Java, and/or Python
  • Experience working in small- to medium-sized teams to achieve project goals and complete major deliverables
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization software, including knowledge of SQL
  • Ability to create high-quality presentations, models, analyses, and other deliverables and be able to present them to clients
  • Ability to gather, validate, and analyze requirements for their viability against the project objective
  • Ability to synthesize information to draw accurate, logical, and actionable conclusions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with colleagues and executives alike
  • Hard-working, self-motivated individuals who are comfortable handling ambiguity and able to complete tasks within deadlines with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative, "big picture" thinking while maintaining keen attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

What We'd Love to See (But Not Required)
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • Experience in low-code development, such as Appian, ServiceNow, Databricks
