They maintain and file employee records, prepare timesheets and process payroll, code invoices, and complete benefits forms. The incumbent also periodically compiles revenue and care hours lists, collects rent, and verifies and pays invoices.

They serve as a resource person for the residence. Requirements: DEP in secretarial studies, DEC in accounting or administration, AEC in administrative techniques or equivalent 3 to 4 years of experience Demonstrating Chartwell's RESPECT values Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite tools Supervisory capacity Excellent accounting knowledge Excellent communication and writing skills Meticulousness, rigor and versatility Flexible working hours (weekends according to the rotation established with the existing management team)
