Job description

We are seeking a ReStore Manager to lead daily store operations and drive performance at the Alexandria location. This role oversees sales, staff and volunteer management, customer and donor engagement, and ensures efficient and organized store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive store performance, including revenue and operational goals
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and organization
Lead, supervise, and develop store staff and volunteers
Ensure strong customer service and donor engagement
Maintain merchandising, pricing, and presentation standards
Qualifications
2-3+ years of leadership experience in retail or operations
Strong team management, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to drive performance and meet business objectives
Knowledge of retail operations and customer service practices
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, POS, or CRM systems
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree
Experience in nonprofit, warehouse, or high-volume retail environments.
