Job description

Via Seating is hiring a Production Lead to support our Supervisors in their direction of 8 - 30 employees on our 1st Shift team! If you're someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in building quality products, and wants a stable, full-time schedule with 3-day weekends-this could be a great fit. Our Production Leads are trained in the daily planning and fulfillment of Production Schedules and to assist in the measurement of Cycle Times and sustain Standard Work Processes. In addition to being able to train and mentor employees under them, they need to have sound hand-eye coordination and be able to cope with moderate physical effort. All Production Lead positions are non-safety sensitive positions.

  • In addition to a starting rate of $23.00/hour, Via also provides up to $900.00 per month for each employee toward their elected benefits as well as employer sponsored life insurance of $25K. Our comprehensive benefits package begins the 1st day of the month following your hire date!
  • We offer 10 paid holidays per year starting immediately. We offer a 4% 401(k) match at 90 days with immediate vesting!!
  • Our First Shift works Monday - Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM withOvertime on Fridays and/or Saturdays as needed.
