Job description

Exceptional Care for Children has this rare opening! This position will fill quickly, so don't delay! We are seeking a Part-Time Business Office Clerk at our Non-Profit Skilled Nursing Care Facility! The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting multiple functions in ECC Administration and will serve to integrate business function with resident services. The Business Office Clerk will have specific duties related to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Business Office.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for entering invoices
  • Responsible for weekly reconciliations.
  • Process purchase order request.
  • Assists with researching variances in Accounts Payable.
  • Maintain filing system for Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables.
  • Process vendor invoices for payment.
  • ModiveCare Billing submissions weekly.
  • Census Data Collection, verification and input.
  • Maintain contract compliance.
  • Acts as a receptionist in absence of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Business Office Manager or Comptroller as necessary.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft software (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook), 10-key calculation and data entry.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of business phone system and other office equipment.
  • Ability to multi-task and have analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Experience with Quickbooks is a plus.
