Responsibilities for a Financial Analyst include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis including variance, cost, and profitability analysis, while building financial models to support business planning and forecasting.

  • Prepare timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive decision-making.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline operational workflows, optimize resource allocation, and identify cost-reduction opportunities.

Candidates for Financial Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.

  • 3+ years of strong analytical experience in financial planning, business analysis, and financial modeling.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and familiarity with finance systems such as SAP, HFM, Oracle, or SQL.

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to senior management.
