Requirements:

As a guest service associate, you’ll be playing an instrumental role in the hotel operations by providing front desk services to guests, processing guest payments and acting as an information source on various matters.

Some of the responsibilities might include:

  • Monitor all check-in of guests and process all complaints and requests. 

  • Manage special requests, provide wake-up calls to all guests.

  • Greet all customers on phone and transfer call to appropriate department. 

  • Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning room suites.

  • Provide proper maintenance of rooms.

Guest service associates are expected to be on their feet the entire shift, be able to lift up to 50lb occasionally and up to 25lb often. You should also be able to hear and see well.
