Performing the essential functions of cleaning and sanitizing pots, pans, and dishware in the establishment, while maintaining standards of cleanliness and safety.

  1. Ability to multi-task and self-prioritize.
  2. Must be able to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment, as necessary.
