Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Food Service Professional, you will prepare and distribute food safely and efficiently, maintaining quality, sanitation, and operational standards to support uninterrupted service for patients, staff, and visitors.
Every day you will prepare patient trays according to posted menus and individual preferences, collect used trays and dishes from patient areas, clean them using an automatic dishwasher, and return them to their proper storage locations.
To be successful in this role, you must enjoy helping others and enjoy a fast-paced, fun work environment.

  • Prepares cold food for daily meals.
  • Participates in patient meal tray assembly.
  • Deliver and pick up patient carts for cleaning.
  • Keep all dishes clean.
  • Stock patient pantries on floors.
