POSITION: Winery AssociateLOCATION: See Ya Later Ranch, Okanagan Falls, BC
STATUS: Seasonal Hourly Contract (April - November) Full and Part-Time positionsCOMPENSATION: $18-20/hr plus gratuities
THE OPPORTUNITY

As a See Ya Later Ranch Tasting Room Associate, you create the experience our guests remember. From the moment they arrive, you have a direct impact on the lasting memories by providing an exceptional tasting experience and beyond.

DAILY LIFE

  • Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and enthusiastic way. Kindness and individual personalities are encouraged!
  • Tasting room duties include but not limited to telling our story, pouring wine samples, maintaining wine & merchandise levels, wine sales, promoting our wine club, using our POS system, polishing glassware, daily closing procedures as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
  • Help the team meet sales targets
REQUIREMENTS
  • 19 years of age or older.
  • Serving It Right certificate.
  • Must possess a passion for people, wine, food and the hospitality industry.
  • WSET or ISG considered an asset but not mandatory.
  • Detail oriented, multitasking ability and strong work ethic required - individually and as part of a team.
  • Courteous, friendly, positive attitude.
  • Able to lift 40lbs and stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to work weekends throughout the season.
