Food Service Associate
$15.50-$17.50 an hour
Position Summary:
Operational responsibility and maintenance of all Food Service products, services, equipment, policies and procedures. Process customers in a manner that enhances the business and maintenance of the facility to support customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Food Service or general retail experience with some exposure to Food Service processes and procedures preferred. Successful completion of all company sponsored Sales Associate applicable RTO and food related training. Ability to provide exceptional customer service. Candidate may also be required to successfully complete additional certifications for this position to include, but not limited to, ServSafe or equivalent Food Service Program, franchise-specific certification requirement (e.g. Subway) Alcohol Certification (ABC) and Tobacco Certification.
Major Accountabilities:
Daily preparation, presentation and display of required Food Service products. Maintenance of daily health, safety and sanitation standards. Accountable to Food Service Manager and/or Food Service Coordinator. Policy and procedure enforcement. Customer satisfaction, safety and security awareness. Completion of tasks assigned by the Food Service Manager, Food Service Coordinator and the Store Manager. Performance of routine Sales Associate tasks/responsibilities, as directed by the Store Manager.
