Do you love the restaurant business but are tired of the unpredictable pay and late nights? If so, we have the perfect position for you! At Oakley Country Club, just fifteen minutes from downtown Boston, we are seeking full and part-time Food Servers. This is your chance to join a professional, supportive workplace where your personality and skills shine.

THE BASICS

Pay: As a Food Server, you will earn $21 - $24/hour while working in a beautiful private club setting. Enjoy our convenient location directly on the MBTA #73 bus line!

Schedule: Full and part-time positions available. 7 AM is the earliest possible start time, and the latest end time is 12 AM. We offer day and evening shifts, and schedules will fall within our business hours to help maintain a work-life balance.

YOUR DAY AS A FOOD SERVER

Each day, you will step into a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where hospitality comes first. You will welcome members and guests, take food and beverage orders with accuracy, and ensure their dining experience is smooth and enjoyable. With a friendly and outgoing approach, you will make personalized recommendations and collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to deliver prompt service. You will play a key role in creating a warm, memorable experience for everyone who dines at Oakley Country Club.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A FOOD SERVER
