SUMMARY
The Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the food server in serving the guests. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position with continual customer contact.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Adhere to grooming standards and expectations in our business casual environment.
• Attend to the cleanliness of the restaurant as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of menu options and daily specials.
• Provide a friendly, warm, and genuine environment.
• Maintain communication with serving staff and leaders.
• Assist with side work duties as needed.
• Demonstrates adaptability and a collaborative spirit by supporting various Food and Beverage operations as needed, including restaurant service and banquet functions
• Accepts and fulfills additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership, acknowledging that duties may evolve and are not limited to those listed.
