  • No experience is required. We offer comprehensive training. 
    • All employees will receive hands-on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness philosophy 
    • Gain marketable skills! We have 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee
    • Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1:1 support

Here's what you’ll be doing:

  • Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
  • Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
  • Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
  • Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
  • Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
  • Administer studio tours for new guests
  • Answer all questions about services and the facility
  • Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
  • Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
