Position Summary:
Reviews prep sheets for food preparation. Prepares food as ordered. Prepared food is accurate according to company provided specification. Works FOH/BOH duties as required.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Reviews prep sheets for food preparation
• Begins and completes baking/food preparation
• Assembles catering food in baskets, trays and bowls
• Makes deliveries by vehicle or by food as assigned
• Responsible for breakfast and lunch preparation and set up for next day orders
• Works FOH or BOH as required (secondary functions listed below)
• Responsible for clean up duties
• Empties trash as required
Secondary Functions; Expo, Cashier, Dishwasher, Line Cook

• Maintain abundant FOH displays and condiment stations
• Check bathrooms
• Bus tables
