Position Summary
The Expo plays a critical role in ensuring all dishes are accurate, complete, and presented to brand standards before reaching guests, supporting smooth kitchen-to-front-of-house communication during service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize, verify, and package dine-in and takeout orders for accuracy, presentation, and timing
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure dishes are fired, plated, and packed correctly
  • Ensure all items (sauces, condiments, utensils, packaging) are included and meet quality standards
  • Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen to resolve order discrepancies quickly
  • Maintain a clean, organized expo and packing station throughout service
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and packaging standards at all times
  • Support high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail and pace
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Prior expo, food packing, or kitchen experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds.
