Hiring Immediately for Warehouse Packer Jobs in St. Charles, IL:
Inergroup is hiring immediately for Warehouse Packer jobs in St. Charles, IL.  As a Warehouse Packer, you will work on an assembly line sorting and packaging the correct number of prepackaged food product into the appropriate boxes for shipping.  Weekly pay starting at $18/hr and great benefits available!
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for the entire shift and complete repetitive tasks working on the production line
  • Attention to detail with ability to recognize defects, correctly sort product and count and load the correct number of items into store packaging
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance
  • Previous warehouse or production experience is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies and report any issues to supervisors
  • Count out correct number of product to load into packaging
  • Ensure all items are facing the same direction before placing in store packaging
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet daily goals
  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment

Schedule - 1st Shift:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:00am - 3:30pm
