Job Title: Hot Food Packing Team Member I
Department: Hot Pack

Purpose:

Responsible for packaging hot food products according to quality and safety standards under close supervision.

Key Duties:
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

  • Weigh and package products as specified.

  • Read and follow work instructions.

  • Verify date codes and product weights.

  • Ensure proper sealing and labeling.

  • Support team with order completion.

  • Maintain cleanliness of work area.

  • Report equipment issues and product non-conformities.

  • Take corrective actions when needed.

  • Adhere to allergen and food safety programs.

  • Stay in designated work areas and maintain a positive attitude.

Skills & Abilities:
  • Responsible and quick learner.

  • Basic math and organizational skills.

Education & Experience:
  • Must be able to read and write.

  • At least 1 year of experience (food industry preferred).

Physical Requirements:
