Job description

Responsible for preparing, assembling and packing raw and/or cooked food items in accordance with specifications and USDA/FDA/HACCP standards. Performs job duties in a timely manner to ensure smooth and efficient production flow. Washes, cleans, and cuts raw food products in accordance with established Company and Customer procedures. Keeps kitchen and work areas clean, sanitary, and well maintained. Maintains proper temperatures of all food products. Assumes other related duties as required or assigned. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and have the ability to work in the cold enviornment during the entire shift as the plating of the food is all done in a refridgeration enviornment that is typically between 39 to 41degrees.
