The Gateway to Your Future

Step into a work environment unlike any other. Behind the scenes of a modern casino is a highly structured and tightly regulated operation where every detail matters. As a Surveillance Operator, you play a key role in protecting the integrity of the business. You will use surveillance systems, sharp observation skills and critical thinking to ensure everything runs fairly and safely.

Whether you’re an experienced Surveillance Operator looking to apply your skills or early in your career and entering the field of surveillance, this role offers a clear path to building a long-term career in surveillance.

As a Surveillance Operator, you are the eyes and ears of the casino, ensuring the security of customers, staff, and assets by maintaining continuous surveillance of gaming areas and the entire property.

This role is ideal for individuals who

  • Notice details others miss
  • Enjoy problem-solving and pattern recognition
  • Are comfortable with basic math and learning table game rules, play and irregularities
  • Are interested in how technology supports investigations and real-time decision making
  • Prefer a unique work environment

We are seeking a professional and reliable Surveillance Operator who takes pride in doing precise, meaningful work and ensuring rules and standards are consistently followed.

 We Provide

  • Full benefits package for full-time employees
  • Retirement savings plan
  • Exciting, supportive and fun work environment
  • Family and friends discounts on travel, tech, food, beverage, and fitness
  • Development and training opportunities

Key Responsibilities

  • Use audio and video equipment to maintain continuous surveillance of all gaming areas and property.
  • Identify, record, document and report unusual or suspicious activity.
  • Identify fraud and take appropriate action required by law and company policy.
  • Monitor compliance and protect company assets and gaming integrity.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs, gather and submit information for detailed reporting.
  • Assist with investigations.

What You Bring

  • Practical math skills, such as addition, subtraction, and basic percentages.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a provincial gaming worker license.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Reliability, diligence, and a high level of integrity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to remain focused for extended periods
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in an enclosed and controlled room in close proximity to colleagues.
  • Good vision and the capacity to focus on a computer screen and sit for long periods of time.
  • Availability to work varying  hours, evenings, and weekends.
  • Experience in casino surveillance, security, investigations, or law enforcement is an asset.
  • Experience using surveillance systems or CCTV technology is an asset.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Knowledge of table games is an asset

New to casino operations? You’ll gain insight into a highly regulated industry where technology, human behavior and real-time decision-making intersect all while building skills that go beyond observation. Success in this role depends on your ability to clearly document what you see, write accurate and detailed reports, and communicate effectively with others. The skills you gain help support a career path you can be proud of.

New to surveillance? We welcome candidates with a strong interest in learning and transferable skills, including customer service, investigations, analytical roles and security.
