Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic professional to join our team as an Outlets Supervisor.
Open availability to work morning and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Applications submitted without a resume will not move forward.
Essential Responsibilities:
Support the daily operation of all food & beverage outlets.
• Supervise bartenders, servers, bussers, and banquet bartenders.
Train associates on service standards, guest engagement, food & beverage knowledge, sanitation, and proper service procedures.
Assist with scheduling, evaluating, and guiding associates.
Maintain open communication between management and staff; administer disciplinary actions when necessary.
Ensure associates have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs.
Take immediate action to resolve guest service and operational issues, while working closely with the kitchen team when required.
Participate in weekly staff, sales, and food & beverage meetings, as well as monthly inventory.
Ensure food & beverage presentation, accuracy, and service quality meets brand standards.
Support front-of-house food & beverage operations across the hotel as needed.
Qualifications:
Professional Outlets Supervisor must have a minimum of 1 year in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge in wine, beverages, and bartending proactices.
• Micros system experience preferred.
• Exceptional problem-solver, knowing how to troubleshoot, resolve situations efficiently, and the ability to shift priorities as needed.
• Bringing a punctual/dependable work ethic, along with a warm, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work well under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communicator who values teamwork and collaboration.
Physically able to stand, sit, walk for extended periods of time.
Physically able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 40 pounds without assistance.
