Coyote Springs Golf Course, located in Coyote Springs, NV, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Food Beverage Associate! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Located approximately 50 miles outside of the Las Vegas Strip, Coyote Springs Golf Club, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Experience. Since opening in 2008, Coyote Springs is considered by most to be Jack's finest desert creation! Coyote Springs has been rated by Golf Digest in the Top 100 Greatest Public Courses and Golf Magazine's & Golfweek Maga zine's Top Places You Can Play.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualified candidates will provide assistance to various areas of the Food and Beverage Department. Candidates will work in the bar and grill area, serving staff, bartending staff, and banquet events. Candidates may also perform other duties assigned by manager or supervisor.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:
  • Must have 1-2 years of related experience in F&B.
  • Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws.
  • Must have food and beverage/beverage cart and banquet experience.
  • Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented.
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must have strong service orientation.

Education and Certifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Nevada Driver's License, current & valid.
  • Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM), current & valid.
  • Health Card (SNHD), current & valid.
  • Las Vegas METRO issued non-gaming work card.
