Position Overview:  

As the Corporate Controller, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial management and reporting for our manufacturing operations. Your experience in the industry, coupled with your financial acumen, will contribute to optimizing our financial processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company's growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Lead the financial operations of our manufacturing division, overseeing financial reporting, analysis, and planning.
• Manage and coordinate the budgeting and forecasting processes for the division, aligning financial plans with operational goals.
• Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team, supporting decision-making and business growth strategies.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost structures, inventory management, and production efficiencies.
• Implement internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Drive process improvements within the finance function, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
• Manage a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred.
• At least 10+ years of extensive experience in a financial leadership role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost structures, and industry dynamics.
• Proven track record of leading financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
• Exceptional knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to provide valuable insights to support business growth.
• Effective leadership skills with experience in managing finance teams.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
