We are currently adding new shifts, installing additional equipment, and hiring both experienced Folder/Gluer Operators and mechanically inclined individuals eager to build a long-term career in packaging manufacturing.

This position reports directly to the Converting Manager and plays a key role in producing premium folding carton packaging for nationally recognized brands across food & beverage, pharmaceutical, industrial, retail, and consumer packaging markets.

Position Responsibilities

• Complete folder/gluer make-readies efficiently and safely
• Operate folding/gluing equipment while maintaining high quality standards
• Produce quality cartons for high-end retail and consumer packaging
• Perform quality inspections throughout production runs
• Work with Leary Gluing Systems and related inspection systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Communicate effectively with press, die-cutting, and finishing departments
• Help support production goals while maintaining exceptional quality standards

Candidates with related converting, finishing, packaging, or mechanical production experience are also encouraged to apply.
