Led by technology we also build, deploy, and manage sophisticated eCommerce solutions, branded for our clients on the front end followed with professional fulfillment operations to support clients in various ways.
Job Summary: The Folder Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining folding equipment to produce high-quality finished products according to customer specifications and production schedules. This position ensures quality, efficiency, and safety while meeting production goals.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate folder machines according to job specifications.
  • Read and interpret work orders, job tickets, and production instructions.
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and maximize efficiency.
  • Perform quality inspections throughout production to ensure products meet customer specifications.
  • Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
  • Load materials and replenish supplies as needed during production.
  • Complete required production paperwork and accurately record output.
  • Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean work area.
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines.
  • Assist with other production tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience operating folder, cutter, or bindery equipment preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus but not required.
