IT Workforce Systems Manager Programmer /Developer

Selected candidate will work with IT Workforce Systems Manager to maintain current code and modify existing functionality based on federal rules, regulations, and user requirements.

Must Have:

  • 7+ years' experience with:
  • Extensible Markup Language (XML)
  • Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5+
  • ASP.NET MVC
  • C#
  • Visual Studio
  • NHibernate
  • Nunit
  • 6+ years developing Web Applications, Web and Windows services using Microsoft C# and Microsoft .NET Framework
  • 5+ years' experience with:
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Structured Query Language (SQL) development
  • Stored procedures or T-SQL
  • 3+ years' experience with Crystal Reports

Nice to have:

  • 4+ years' experience with:
  • Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Merant Version Control, HP Quick Test Pro, CruiseControl.NET, MOQ, IIS
  • Eclipse
  • 3+ years' experience with Educational Training & Tracking Systems; familiarity with Texas Workforce programs
