Morrison Cup Solutions is a fast-growing Oklahoma City based foodservice packaging company. Our core focus is to make a branded cup the simplest way for America’s mom & pop retailers to market themselves. By relentlessly focusing on disrupting legacy manufacturing techniques with shorter production run enhancements, we aim to be America’s #1 branded cup company in the small to medium size customer base.


We are seeking a dedicated, reliable mechanically inclined individual to support the Foam Department of Morrison Cup Solutions. The schedule is Week 1: Monday – Wednesday 4a-4p Week 2: Monday – Thursday 4a – 4p


Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

· Understand and accurately complete digital work orders using iPads and related systems

· Operate and run all assigned machines at designated production speeds

· Lead and direct operators while promoting teamwork and efficiency

· Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions

· Monitor and maintain adequate supply levels for all materials required to operate machines

· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including 10-hour shifts

· Maintain strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety

· Communicate effectively and collaborate with management, maintenance personnel, and fellow operators to support production goals

· Assist with packing product as needed

· Adjust machine settings (HMI and machine adjustments) to ensure products remain within specifications

· Assist with and monitor the pre-expansion process as needed

· Move pallets using pallet jacks

· Load boxes into case packers

· Monitor scrap levels and report issues as needed

· Assist with covering operator breaks and lunches


The Machine Specialist must possess the following qualities:

· Have an understanding of manufacturing/machine operations

· Dependable (must be at work on time)

· Must be mechanically inclined

· Must have basic knowledge of general tools and their uses

· Excellent communication skills

· Able to do simple math

· Pallet jack and forklift experience a plus

· Flexible work schedule
