Morrison Center: is seeking a Human Resources & Talent Operations Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and wants to make an impact across the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to benefits administration and employee support.
Job Summary
The Human Resources & Talent Operations Specialist supports key HR functions, including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, FMLA and leave management, workers' compensation coordination, and employee record management. This position serves as a trusted resource for employees and managers while helping ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Support HR compliance initiatives and employment-related documentation
