Responsibilities: • The Force Modernization (FM) Support shall research and analyze current and future manpower/equipment resources in order to maintain CI capabilities. • Identifies, monitors, and assesses foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S.

persons, activities and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests. • Applies understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S.

and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies. • Conducts, develops, produces, and presents programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities. • Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.

(CI Specialist: SIA3 4.5.2.1) • Provide support to the Force Modernization (FM) section. • Provide technical analysis and recommendations to Group staff and subordinate units on FM issues concerning structure, manpower, and equipment. • Coordinate and collaborate on FM concerning structure, manpower, and equipment issues with Group staff and ACIC, and HQDA staff elements in order to perform analysis, integration, and implementation of changes directed by the Government.

• Priority missions shall include annual Command Plan, position management, documentation (The Army Authorization Documentation System), Manpower Survey, Force Design Update, Concept Plans, Command Implementation Plans, and force structure policy review/impact analysis. • Force Modernization activities shall include position management, documentation, manpower decrements, manpower monthly reporting, Military Intelligence Civilian Excepted Career Program (MICECP) conversions, historical reporting, tracking of approved manpower allocations by budget program element, and processing of Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) reprogramming transactions. Required qualifications/skills: • Minimum education and years of experience requirements: o High School Diploma: 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

-OR- o Associates Degree: 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. -OR- o Bachelors Degree: 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. -OR- o Masters Degree or higher: 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
