Job Description

Seamless FM is seeking a Licensed Plumber Qualifier in Texas to support our commercial facilities maintenance and repair operations.

This role is ideal for an experienced licensed plumber who can serve as the company’s plumbing qualifier, provide compliance oversight, and support plumbing-related work performed for commercial clients across retail, restaurant, grocery, and multi-site facilities.

The Licensed Plumber Qualifier will work with our operations and compliance teams to help ensure plumbing work is completed professionally, safely, and in accordance with applicable Texas plumbing codes, licensing requirements, and permitting standards.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the plumbing qualifier for Seamless FM, where legally permitted
  • Provide oversight and guidance for plumbing-related work
  • Support plumbing compliance, licensing, permitting, and inspection requirements
  • Review plumbing scopes of work when needed
  • Advise the operations team on code requirements and proper plumbing procedures
  • Help ensure plumbing work is performed by properly licensed or registered individuals
  • Maintain active license status in good standing
  • Notify Seamless FM of any license, insurance, or compliance changes
Requirements
  • Active Texas plumbing license in good standing
  • Responsible Master Plumber designation preferred
  • Experience with commercial plumbing service, repair, and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of Texas plumbing codes and local permitting requirements
  • Ability to provide technical oversight and professional guidance
  • Reliable communication and strong attention to detail
  • Prior qualifier experience is preferred
