  • You will interpret policies and procedures regarding eligibility requirements, benefits for personnel actions.
  • You will identify, correct and verify inaccurate information in personnel systems.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Examining, evaluating and extracting information needed to process a variety of personnel actions for all categories of personnel; 2) Maintaining, formatting, verifying content and use of personnel records; 3) Utilizing personnel databases to research, update, and process personnel actions; and 4) Collaborating with individuals, departments and other organizations to obtain information required.

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of generalized experience demonstrating progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of the position.
