Job description

HIRING IMMEDIATELY: RECEIVING OFFICE SUPERVISOR IN BRIGHTON, CO
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Receiving Office Supervisor to join our team in Brighton, Colorado. This individual will be responsible for supervising and monitoring all loads being received to ensure they are received correctly and in a timely manner. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $57,784 -$60,000

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitor all loads being received to ensure the appointments are assigned to the correct door.
  • Assign Forklift Operators to off load appointments at their scheduled time.
  • Verify that all the paperwork is being filled out correctly and that it’s in compliance.
  • Report any discrepancies on any loads to the Operations Manager and TJ’s buyer, document and attach any e-mails to the receiving paperwork.
  • If there are any discrepancies, the Supervisor must verify the counts or descriptions and sign of on the paperwork.
  • Ensure that the receiving clerk is completing the receiving paperwork, BTS with correct information, signed out for the correct amount TJ’s Bill of Lading and labels.
  • Assign the put-aways to Forklift Operators, prioritize TOS, flyer and Holiday items.
  • Assign put-aways by FIFO, first in first out.
  • Keep control of the unconfirmed report to ensure we are on schedule with the put-away confirmations.
  • Assign dock foremen to check the put-aways when completed to ensure accuracy of the received loads.
  • Supervise and monitor the confirmations, to report any discrepancies.
  • Ensure that all paperwork is filed correctly.
  • Maintain a safe and well organized receiving dock.
  • Monitor attendance, lunch breaks and days off.
  • Monitor Forklift Operators production numbers daily

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
  • WMS knowledge
  • 10 Key knowledge
  • Verbal communication skills. Must be able to manage and lead a Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have an excellent written and diverse workforce.

  • Ability to work in a Distribution Center environment with a variation of temperatures.
