The relationship with our Members will always take precedence, and requires us to personally tailor our high touch level of service. Together with our Pilots and Member Care Managers, Concierge are the face of the company – a reflection of the brand – the foundation of the Member experience, and we must strive to always present a positive, united-front.

We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our team as Concierge. As we aim to give our Members time back in their day, the role is primarily responsible for simplifying travel and creating a seamless experience for our Members to get from point A to what matters most.

As ambassadors for Fly Pharos, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring safety, first and foremost, at all times; in all duties and operations
  • Facilitating a seamless check-in process, assisting with baggage, ground transportation and any other relevant requests
  • Assisting pilots with boarding, deplaning, weight and balance, all other service issues and requests
  • Using excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to listen and ascertain what is
    truly needed and provide solutions.
    Solving complex situations and be prepared with contingency plans to address concerns of
    Members and pilots
  • Responding quickly, professionally and passionately when presented with irregular operations or other unexpected situations
  • Working closely and communicate effectively with all teammates as well as external service contractors and providers, etc.
  • Conducting any and all other duties as assigned with a can-do attitude

  • Professional demeanor and image
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills with the ability to work quickly and safely, while maintaining a strong attention to detail and accuracy
