Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, or digital marketing tools is often required, and certifications in motorcycle safety or technical training can be advantageous. Standout soft skills include superb communication, relationship-building, and the ability to work both independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
